The Education Maintenance Allowances (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(f) of the Education (Scotland) Act 19801 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Education Maintenance Allowances (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 2nd July 2004.

Amendment of Regulations2.

In paragraph 6(a)(i) of Schedule 1 to the Education Maintenance Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 20042 for “Scottish Ministers” substitute “Secretary of State for the Home Department”.
