12. In regulation 6(2) (requirement for permit to operate installation and mobile plant)–
(a)between sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) delete “and”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (c) insert–
“; and
(d)referred to in Parts 3 and 4 of Schedule 3, the date set out or determined in accordance with those Parts”.
