Citation and commencement2.

(1)

Section 21(9)2 and (10) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 shall come into force on 10th June 2004.

(2)

Section 75 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 shall come into force on 25th June 2004.
