Revocations

3.  With effect from 1st August 2004–

(a) regulation 2(7) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2003(1); and

(b) regulations 2(7) and 3 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004(2);

are hereby revoked.
