The Clydeport (Closure of Govan Basin) Harbour Revision Order 2004

Whereas Clydeport Operations Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 19851 with the number 134759 has applied in writing for a harbour revision order under Section 14 of the Harbours Act 19642;

And whereas no objections to the application have been made pursuant to paragraph 10(2)(f) of Schedule 3 to the said Act3;
