Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Organic Aid (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st May 2004.
Amendment to the Organic Aid (Scotland) Regulations 20042.
In regulation 4(2)(a)(i) (aid for organic farming) of the Organic Aid (Scotland) Regulations 20042, for “9” substitute “7”.
