Where, on 31st March 2004, a relevant medical practitioner was responsible for providing immediately necessary treatment to any person under paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 1 to the 1995 Regulations25, the succeeding contractor shall continue to be responsible for providing such treatment to that person for the period for which the relevant medical practitioner would have been responsible if that paragraph had not been revoked.
