The Primary Medical Services (Sale of Goodwill and Restrictions on Sub-contracting) (Scotland) Regulations 2004

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17E, 17N, 35(1)(c), 105(7) and 108(1) of, and paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 9 to, the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
