Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Sheriff Court Fees Amendment Order 2003, and shall come into force on 12th March 2003.

(2) In this Order “the 1997 Order” means the Sheriff Court Fees Order 1997(1).
