The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45(1) and (7) and 58(7) of the Child Support Act 19911 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 52(2) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
