General powers of inspectors16.
An inspector or officer of the Scottish Ministers who enters premises by virtue of this Order may take on to those premises–
(a)
a vehicle (provided entry with such a vehicle is reasonably practicable);
(b)
such equipment as that inspector or officer considers necessary; and
(c)
such other person as that inspector or officer considers necessary for any purpose in relation to the execution and enforcement of this Order.
