3.—(1) Article 2(1) (interpretation) of the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) (Scotland) Order 2000(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In the definition of “Annex XVII” after “Council Regulations (EC) No. 671/2003 of 10th April 2003” insert “and as applied for the period from 1st January 2004 to 31st January 2004 by Council Regulation (EC) No. 2287/2003”.
