The Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2003

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(4) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 20031 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Amendment Order 2003 and shall come into force on 30th January 2004.

Amendment2.

In Part II of the Schedule to the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Conservation Bodies) Order 20032, for “The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest and Natural Beauty” substitute “The National Trust for Scotland for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty”.
