The Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2003
Citation1.
This Order may be cited as the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2003.
Commencement of Provision2.
The remainder of section 73 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001, so far as not already in force, shall come into force on 1st January 2004.

This Order brings into force on 1st January 2004, those parts of section 73 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001, that are not already in force.
Section 73 amends section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 and provides for the inspection of badges displayed on motor vehicles used by disabled persons.
The following provisions of the Act have been brought into force by commencement orders made before the date of this Order:–
