40.  ALL and WHOLE (First) that area of ground extending to nine acres and nine hundred and sixty five decimal or one thousandth parts of an acre or thereby situated at Forth on the south west side of the public road leading from Shotts to Forth known as Climpy Road in the County of Lanark described in, disponed by and delineated and shown within the boundaries coloured red on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to Disposition by the County Council of the County of Lanark in favour of Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated Thirteenth and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines applicable to the County of Lanark on Twenty eighth both days of December Nineteen hundred and thirty nine and (Second) that area of ground extending to three acres and nine decimal or one tenth parts of an acre or thereby situated at Forth in the County of Lanark described in, disponed by and delineated and shown coloured blue on the plan annexed and subscribed as relative to Disposition by Matthew Steele in favour of Scottish Special Housing Association Limited dated Twenty second December Nineteen hundred and thirty nine and recorded in the said Division of the General Register of Sasines on Sixteenth January Nineteen hundred and forty; under exception of (First) ALL and WHOLE those two areas of ground extending respectively to Twenty eight decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre and one hundred and twenty seven decimal or one thousandth parts of an acre situated at Forth in the said County described in and marked Plot Number 1 and Plot Number 2 respectively on the plan annexed to Disposition by Scottish Special Housing Association Limited in favour of The County Council and the County of Lanark recorded in the said Division of the General Register of Sasines on Twenty fourth day of May Nineteen hundred and forty seven; (Second) the dominium utile of all parts of the said subjects of which feus have been granted and (Third) all parts of the subjects in respect of which Dispositions have been granted.
