The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(6) and (12)(e) of the Lands Tribunal Act 19491 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Scottish Committee of the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19922, hereby make the following Rules:
