This Order appoints 4th November 2003 as the date for the coming into force (so far as not already in force) of section 85 of and schedule 3 to the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000.

The provisions of the Act remaining to be commenced after this Order are certain provisions from schedules 4 to 6.
