Amendment of principal Order3.
In article 2(1), after the definition of “the 1991 Order” insert–
““co-ownership body” means a co-operative housing association, within the meaning of section 300(1)(b) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 19873, the management of which is undertaken by general meeting;”.
