This Order appoints 30th September 2003 as the date for the coming into force of sections 8, 10 and 27 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 (“the Act”).
Section 8 of the Act authorises the Scottish Ministers to modify provisions of sections 6 and 7 of the Act by order.
Section 10 of the Act contains provisions for the drawing up and issuing of the Scottish Outdoor Access Code.
Section 27 of the Act contains provisions for the issuing of guidance by the Scottish Ministers to local authorities on the performance of any of their duties under Part 1 of the Act.
