Upon a declaration being made under article 11(1) or (2) above, the Scottish Ministers may, by notice published in such manner as they think fit, require the vaccination of any species of poultry against a designated disease in such geographical area and for such period as they think fit and it shall be the duty of every owner and every person in charge of poultry in that area to comply with that notice.
