Revocations and amendments

13.—(1) The following Orders are revoked –

(a) the Diseases of Animals (Ascertainment of Disease) Order 1985(1); and

(b) the Movement of Animals (Restrictions) Order 1990(2).

(2) In the Movement of Animals (Restrictions) (Amendment) Order 1991(3), omit article 2.

(3) In the Specified Diseases (Notifications and Slaughter) Order 1992(4), omit article 4.

(4) In the Spongiform Encephalopathy (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 1994(5), omit article 2.
