The provisions of this Order shall apply in relation to animals travelling from countries and territories listed in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 or paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 except in so far as otherwise specified.

The provisions of Schedule 1 (qualifying European countries and territories) shall apply in relation to animals travelling from countries or territories listed in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1.

The provisions of Schedule 5 (qualifying non-European countries and territories) shall apply in relation to animals travelling from countries or territories listed in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5.
