PART 1 INTRODUCTORY

Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Vehicle Emissions) (Fixed Penalty) (Scotland) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
