The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Police (Scotland) Act 19671 and section 82(4) of the Police Reform Act 20022 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after taking into consideration any representations made by the Police Advisory Board for Scotland following the submission of a draft of the Regulations in accordance with section 26(9) of the said Act of 1967, hereby make the following Regulations:
