14. In Schedule 9 (registers) at the end of paragraph 1 there is added–
“(x)a list which identifies all waste incineration installations which have a capacity of less than two tonnes per hour and which are the subject of a permit or an authorisation granted under section 6 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1) containing conditions which give effect to the provisions of Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4th December 2000 on the incineration of waste;”.
