The National Health Service (Functions of the Common Services Agency) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(5) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
