Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of and Schedule 5 to the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 19941, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, having consulted such persons or bodies as they think fit in accordance with section 40(6) of that Act, hereby make the following Order:
