2. The stipulated time limit for the purposes of section 3(1) of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000 shall be in relation to–
(a)the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Authority(1) the period ending on 1st September 2003; and
(b)the Cairngorms National Park Authority(2) the period ending on 1st December 2003.
Established on 8th July 2002 by the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Designation, Transitional and Consequential Provisions (Scotland) Order 2002 (S.S.I. 2002/201).
Prospectively established on 25th March 2003 by the Cairngorms National Park Designation, Transitional and Consequential Provisions (Scotland) Order 2003 (S.S.I. 2003/1).
