—Section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 19902 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given) is varied by adding after paragraph (mm)–

“(nn)

any scheme for the storage, treatment or disposal of any material or product for the purpose of preventing or reducing environmental damage;”.
