This Order may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2002 and shall come into force on 26th March 2002.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Conservation Measures) (Scotland) Order 20002.
