The Scottish Social Services Council (Appointments, Procedure and Access to the Register) Amendment Regulations 2002
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Social Services Council (Appointments, Procedure and Access to the Register) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 15th March 2002.
Amendment of principal Regulations2.
“(1)
Subject to the following provisions of this regulation, the Council shall pay–
(a)
to its convener and to any member, such fee; and
(b)
to its convener, to any member and to any person appointed to a committee or sub-committee, such allowances,
as may be specified from time to time by the Scottish Ministers.”.

These Regulations amend the Scottish Social Services Council (Appointments, Procedure and Access to the Register) Regulations 2001 by substituting for regulation 11(1) a new provision which requires the Scottish Social Services Council to pay–
to its convener and to any member, such fee, and
to its convener, to any member and to any person appointed to a committee or sub-committee, such allowances,
as the Scottish Ministers may from time to time specify.
