1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors (Professional Conduct) (Amendment) Rules 2002 Approval (Scotland) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 18th February 2002.

(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
