5. All reasonable outlays, excluding postage, but including any recorded delivery cost exclusive of postage in respect of items 1(b) and 1(c) in the Table of Fees, necessarily incurred by a sheriff officer in carrying out lawful instructions shall be charged in addition to a fee specified in the Table of Fees in this schedule.
