This Act of Sederunt provides for regulations to apply to the charging of fees by, and for fees of, sheriff officers and revokes the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Sheriff Officers) (S.I. 1994/392) and the Acts of Sederunt which amended it.
The new regulations incorporate amendments following the abolition of warrant sales and poinding under the provisions of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 17).
