1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) Amendment and Revocation Order 2002.
(2) For the purposes of article 2, this Order shall come into force at 3.00 p.m. on 11th February 2002 and for all other purposes shall come into force on 18th February 2002.
2. In article 4(6) of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) (No. 3) Order 2001(1), the words “and, in any case, before that vehicle is moved from those premises” are omitted.
3.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below, the Orders listed in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order are revoked to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of that Schedule.
(2) Notwithstanding the revocations referred to in paragraph (1) above, the provisions of the Orders listed in the Schedule to this Order shall continue to apply for the purposes of movements authorised thereunder which are commenced but not completed at the coming into force of this article.
