The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 5 of the Court of Session Act 19881 and sections 2(1) and (5)(a) and 3(1) of the Protection from Abuse (Scotland) Act 20012 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
