They provide that the 2001 Regulations shall not apply to conservatories where the contract has been entered into before those Regulations come into force on 4th March 2002 providing that the construction work begins on or before 31st May 2002 and is completed on or before 1st July 2002.</dc:description>

<Text>The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3, 24(1)(b) and 29(1) of, and Schedule 4 to, the Building (Scotland) Act 1959<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and, as required by section 3(6) of that Act<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/>, having consulted the Building Standards Advisory Committee and such other bodies as appear to them to be representative of the interests concerned, hereby make the following Regulations:</Text>
