No. L 30, 31.01.02, p.51) as amended by Commission Decision 2002/441/EC (O.J. No. L 151, 11.6.02, p.16) and Commission Decision 2002/573/EC (O.J. No. L 181, 11.7.02, p.21.).(This note is not part of the Regulations)

These Regulations, which extend to Scotland only, amend the Food and Animal Feedingstuffs (Products of Animal Origin from China) (Emergency Control) (Scotland) Regulations 2002 (“the principal Regulations”). These Regulations amend the definition of “the Commission Decision” in regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations to take account of the amendment made by Decision 2002/573/EC.
