The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals as required by section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992(2) hereby make the following Order:

1994 c. 39. The functions of the Secretary of State were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998(c. 46).
