The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61A(2)(c) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 19871, sections 11(1) and (2), 109(2) and 110 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 20012 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
