Citation, commencement and extent1.

This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 15th July 2002.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 2001 and the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2001 are hereby revoked.

This Order, which extends to Scotland only, increases the fees to be charged in relation to the grant, renewal and transfer of gaming licences in Scotland under the Gaming Act 1968 (article 2 and the Schedule).
