Date on which functions to be exercised9.
(1)
The functions conferred by virtue of the provisions specified in Schedule 1 to this Order shall be exercisable by the Authority on and after the establishment date.
(2)
The functions referred to in Schedule 2 to this Order shall be exercisable by the Authority on and after the operational date.
