The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(2) of the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act 2002(1), hereby make the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002.

Appointed day

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act 2002 is 1st August 2002.
