Amendment of the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1993

3.  In article 2(1) (interpretation) for the definition of “Directive 2000/29/EC” there is substituted–

““Directive 2000/29/EC” means Council Directive 2000/29/EC(1) of 8th May 2000 on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community as amended by Commission Directive 2001/33/EC(2) and by Commission Directive 2002/28/EC(3);”.
