Consequential changes of electoral arrangements

5.  The area described in the Schedule (being the area transferred by article 4 of this Order)–

(a) shall cease to form part of electoral ward 8 (Newhills) of the area of Aberdeen City Council(1); and

(b) shall form part of electoral ward 45 (Kinellar and Westhill North) of the area of Aberdeenshire Council(2).
