The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(5), 19, 27(2), 28(1), 28A, 105(7), 106(a) and 108(1) of and Schedule 1, paragraph 11(c) to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical Services and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 31st March 2002.
Amendment of the National Health Service (General Medical Services and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 20022

The National Health Service (General Medical Services and Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 20022 are amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

In regulation 2(1) for “National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 1995” there is substituted “National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 19953”.

In regulation 3(1) for “National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 1995” there is substituted “National Health Service (General Medical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 19954”.
