PART III APPORTIONMENTS CARRIED OUT BY THE SCOTTISH LAND COURT
28.
Any person having an interest in the holding to which the apportionment or prospective apportionment relates shall be entitled to be a party to the proceedings before the Scottish Land Court and the Scottish Ministers shall be entitled to be a party where the apportionment follows on a notice given by them under regulation 11.
