The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 20011, and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consulting in accordance with the requirements prescribed under section 30(3) of that Act2, hereby make the following Order:
