This Order may be cited as the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Declaratory (Controlled Area) (Scotland) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 23rd February 2001 at 6.15 p.m.

This Order shall cease to have effect at midnight on 2nd March 2001.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
