In regulation 3(1)–

(a)

in sub-paragraph (f)19 after “Health Board” there shall be inserted “or Primary Care Trust”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (j)(i)20 after “Trust” there shall be inserted “or Primary Care NHS Trust”.
